The Tibet Autonomous Region Deputy Secretary of CPC, Deputy Secretary of the government CPC Leading Group, and Executive Deputy Chairman Zhuang Yan led a delegation to DSIC for an investigation on Nov. 27, accompanied by Standing Member of Liaoning Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Governor Zhang Lei, Standing Member of Liaoning Provincial Committee and Secretary of Dalian Municipal Committee of the CPC Tan Zuojun, and DSIC leaders Liu Zheng and Deng Changlian as well.
Zhuang and his party went deep into production sites, inquiring the construction periods of products in progress and performance indicators, listening to work report on DSIC basic information, production scale, development history and achievements achieved, and understanding the development situation and future development planning in the fields of military products and merchant ships. Zhuang pointed out, DSIC is the flagship of China shipbuilding industry, also the cradle of naval vessels, whose fruits of development have been widely praised and accepted by all walks of life. In recent years, DSIC has not only made remarkable results in the national defense and naval armament, but also made outstanding contributions to the national revival.
