On Apr. 13, CSIC held the 1st quarter economic operation analysis meeting of 2017, analyzing economic operation status, finding problems and causes, and making an arrangement on the forthcoming work. CSIC Chairman and Party Secretary Hu Wenming attended the meeting and made a speech while GM and Deputy Party Secretary Sun Bo summing up the 1st quarter economic operation status and making an analysis on problems and risks, and relevant divisional heads reporting the economic operation status separately. DSIC leaders Yu Fengping, Zhang Zhende, Cai Zhuyi, Deng Changlian, Hu Jianzhong and relevant divisional heads attended the meeting by video at the parallel meeting place.
Sun Bo pointed out, the 1st quarter economic operation overall indicators grow steady and operation revenue still remain high growth. All member units are requested to figure out the situation clearly, take the initiative, and make key breakthrough so as to accomplish the 2nd quarter production operation mission and ensure the economy under healthy and steady operation.
Hu Wenming stressed, under the complex and severe situation, all member units shall achieve Double over the Half by steady growth, based on the 1s quarter major economic indicators. Each unit should study and analyze the problems in its economic operation seriously, rectify by benchmarking, promote improvement of quality and efficiency, and deepen the work of Expose the situation and promote the boost. Continue to push and implement the Three Importants and One Large System, expose the situation in 4 major fields, constantly go deep into reform and innovative promotion so as to achieve comprehensive raise in capital, procurement and management and ensure CSIC under substantial development.
After the video meeting, Yu Fengping called for DSIC relevant divisions to summarize the speeches of Chiarman Hu and GM Sun so as to break down detailed missions to all divisions for benchmarking rectification and further implementation and try hard to realize the goal of Double over the Half.
