A few days ago, the 7000t floating dock constructed for the owner by DSIC Equipment Co. was delivered successfully, which marks DSIC Equipment Co. has expanded product coverage increasingly and further enhanced the ability to undertake and construct the heavy industrial products
This floating dock is 132m loa, 35m breadth, and 14m depth, divided into 24 ballast tanks and 2 traverse passages as a whole. Longitudinal framing system is adopted for top deck, safety deck, and external and inner dock walls, traverse framing system for buoyancy-tank deck, where all longitudinal bulkheads are strengthened by horizontal stiffeners. This floating dock shall be served for Liaoning Fishing Shipyard, classed in CCS.
